- Cooling-Off Period
By law you have the right to cancel any order within seven days of the day after the item is received. Therefore, you can cancel your order up to 7 days after the receipt of your order and your statutory rights will not be affected. To cancel your order, send an email to our customer services team using the form on this website, quoting your order number. If the order has not been despatched, we will ensure we stop the delivery process. If however the order has already been sent, please inform us you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order and request an RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). We will refund your money less any delivery costs. Please ensure all items are complete and in the original packaging. They must be unused and in resalable condition. The items must be returned in an unused condition to qualify for a refund under the "cooling off period".
- Deliveries Process and Options:
We send our love and products worldwide. You will be advised on the delivery cost at the shopping cart purchase phrase after you input your address.
Deliveries outside to the UK may incur import or export taxes and other expenses that are your responsibility, we advise that you check with your local tax authority before you making the purchase.
All our outbound deliveries are signed for.
Excluding Christmas and New Year holidays, orders placed before 2:00pm GMT will be shipped the same day - orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day.
Express Delivery - Next working day courier service.
Standard Delivery - 1st Class Signed For Letter or Parcel Post. This is not a guaranteed service and products can only be traced once a delivery has been made or attempted.

Yes, with the PayPal payment gateway you can pay with your credit card even if you do not have Paypal account or just don’t want to use it

If you place and pay for your order by Friday 11:00, we despatch on Friday with Saturday delivery before 12:00
- Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days. We will issue you with an RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and refund your postage or replace postage free. We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products ordered please email our customer services team, quoting your order number.
All items suspected of damage or showing a fault, will be tested by us on receipt. If no fault can be found then the item will be returned to you at your own cost. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer’s expense. If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second shipping charge may apply.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this.

- Return Goods Process
In order to ensure that your returned goods are processed in a timely fashion, you should contact us with your Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) before sending any items back to us. Any product returned without an RAN will be refused. You must also return a copy of your Original Sales Invoice that is sent with the order as proof of purchase.
For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using the Royal Mail 1st Class posting or Standard Parcel Service for items weighing over 1kg. Please also ensure you retain your proof of posting for your reference. Contigi Limited cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit by any postal service.

Stock management is not easy especially when you sell through multiple sources. ThePadZone are active on Amazon, eBay , Google shopping and a number of affiliate sites.
Although we use the top stock management software to link between all platforms, there have been rare instances of items that sell a momentarilty before you place your order.
If this happen we will notify you and you will have an immediate refund and our sincerest apologies

- Unwanted Goods
Goods are not sold on a trial basis and unwanted goods that have been used can only be returned if they are able to be restocked as new. Items that have had their seals broken or need to be repackaged will be subject to a minimum handling fee of 25% off the purchase price to cover the inspection and packaging costs. We also reserve the right to refuse to refund monies for goods bought in error, which are not re-saleable.

- Why my country does not appear on your shipping dropdown menu?
It should be due to one of these reasons:
1. The country has too complicated custom process that caused us and our customer to much time to deal with
2. We had to many fraudulent transactions from this country so we decided not to lose money anymore
3. The costing of shipping to the country is to high and we couldn’t negotiate a better rate
